Membership Application
For new and renewing members, please make sure to fill out the membership application completely. Please print legibly. Failure to do so could delay processing. When sending your completed membership application, you must include signed range rules (this includes separate signed range rules for each member on your membership application), as well as payment for membership dues.

Family (parent(s) & kids under 17) | $80 | $70 |
If application is sent postmarked after April 1st, add $5 (per adult or senior) for late fee.
Return the completed membership application, along with the signature page of the range rules and membership dues. Make checks payable to: Quittapahilla Rod and Gun Club.

Engagement Hours
REMINDER: Please keep track of your engagement hours/service points
Members are to complete 4 service points in a membership year of Jan 1 to Nov 1.
Service points defined as following:
Membership Meeting | 1 point |
Board Meeting | 1 point |
Attend Club Breakfast | 2 points |
Participate Trout Stocking | 2 points |
Attend Game Dinner | 2 points |
Assist Hunter Ed | 1 point per hour |
Work Day | 1 point per hour |
Olde Annville Day Assist | 1 point per hour |
Club Activity | 1 point per hour |
Each club event will have an activity sign in sheet.
Members will be asked to list their service points (activity and date) on yearly membership renewal.
Family membership requires only one member to meet service points.
Requirement applies to members within a 45 min driving distance.
Members maintaining a continual membership for 25 years are exempt.
Members may apply for exemption to the board on case-by-case basis.
