The Quittapahilla Rod & Gun Club was organized on January 31, 1936. The club was a viable organization until November, 1963, when the last meeting was held at the club grounds on North Railroad Street in Annville. 

On August 28, 1971, a reorganizational meeting was held at the Union Hose Company in Annville. The purchase of a 19 acre tract of land in Mt. Wilson was approved during the regular monthly meeting of May 20, 1974.

The club organizes a game dinner where members share game food, engage in fellowship, and attend an informative presentation. The last three year’s presentations include: Lebanon County Conservation District, Lebanon County Sheriff, Marley Kreiser AT Thru-Hike.
